BS7671 Wiring Regulations 18th Edition
Personnel involved in the electrotechnical sector such as electricians, designers and inspectors who wish to update their knowledge to the IET Wiring Regulations Eighteenth Edition. Learners who wish to gain an understanding of BS 7671.
Description
The 18th edition course is a three day course, level 3 awarded, which gives the learner an understanding of the application of the IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition (including all amendments). It provides a facility for individuals working in the electrotechnical sector to develop and/or enhance their knowledge of the Requirements for Electrical Installation.

This Qualification Could Lead to:
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and
Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment),
• Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification,
• Qualifications in Environmental Technology Systems,
• Level 3 Award In the In-Service Inspections and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT),
• Level 4 Award in the Design and Verification of Electrical Installations,
• Qualifications in Inspection and Testing.
Assessed via a 60 Question Two Hour Exam
Prerequisites
There are no formal entry requirements but we recommend this course for qualificed electricians.
Learners must be at least 16 years old and should be able to demonstrate that they have the minimum levels of literacy and numeracy required for the completion of the learning outcomes and the assessment.
A copy of the book is required on the course, this will be available on check out.
Delegates will need to provide photo IT and bring a passport photo on the first day of training.
